My approach to therapy has developed through years of meditation practices, the study of holistic healing approaches, as well as training in psychotherapy. I hold a strong conviction that we all have the potential to heal and to live our lives with confidence, compassion, clarity, and connectedness with ourselves and others.
Although we cannot change the past or everything about our current challenges, we do have the power to change how we respond to the events in our lives. We can heal the unresolved pain, let go of the negative beliefs about ourselves, and change the behaviors that are often at the root of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and difficulties in relationships.
